Owner, Fractional CMO
Ashly is a Fractional CMO with 14+ years of marketing experience. A graduate of The Ohio State University, she has worked on 100+ local and national brands, including Planet Fitness and Title Boxing Clubs. Her expertise spans acquisition and retention marketing, paid ads, content, social, email, SEO, events, and brand development. Before joining Slantics, she held key in-house and agency roles. She’s passionate about bringing a practical, flexible, and people-first approach to marketing while supporting her team in reaching their potential and finding joy in their work. Ashly lives in Franklin, TN with her husband, Brian, and 8-year-old son, Lane.

A Harding University graduate in Integrated Marketing Communication, she manages social media and produces engaging video content from filming to editing. With a mix of organization and creativity, Nora keeps projects on track and delivers fresh, effective ideas that help clients grow. She’s passionate about making content creation simple and stress-free for every client.
What snack instantly boosts your mood during the workday?
ANYTHING SOUR. When I am craving something that I need to put me in an instantly better mood, I grab something sour. Sour punch straws, cry baby sour gum, etc. It all is good!

Libby has over a decade of experience in content creation and brand development. She has partnered with clients across hospitality, corporate, and entertainment industries to refine and elevate their messaging. Libby interviews clients on-site and produces dynamic social content that connects authentically with audiences. A Belmont University graduate in Mass Communications and Journalism, she also hosts The Libby O Show on YouTube, showcasing her passion for storytelling and production.

Meet Michelle, a branding and web design expert with 13+ years of experience helping businesses turn design into a marketing advantage. She combines brand strategy, design psychology, and technology to create websites and visuals that don’t just look good; they influence how people feel, connect, and buy. She holds a degree in Interactive Media Design, along with Google and HubSpot certifications, and is recognized as both a Squarespace Circle member and Wix Design Partner. Michelle’s work is driven by the belief that effective marketing starts with clear branding and intentional design that guides attention, builds trust, and sparks action.
If you could time travel, would you go to the past or the future (and why)?
The past! I’d love to meet my parents as kids and relive the simplicity of childhood, back when life felt slower and there wasn’t so much tech everywhere.

At Slantics, Macy develops and executes social media strategies, creates engaging video and written content, and supports client communication with a mix of strategic insight and creativity. Her background across freelance, agency, and consulting roles equips her to deliver campaigns that inspire, inform, and drive results. Outside of work, Macy’s curiosity and creativity keep her exploring new ways to connect ideas, people, and stories.
Would you prefer a beach vaction, a trip to the city, or mountain escape?
Mountain escape, 100%. I love the fresh air, long hikes, and the chance to unplug.
