At Slantics, we help organizations communicate clearly, build trust, and stay connected with their audiences through strategic content, social media, email marketing, and communications support.
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Marketing & Content Coordinator to join our growing team.
This position starts part-time but is designed to grow into a full-time role for the right person.
If you love creating content, editing reels, staying organized, managing multiple projects, and helping things run smoothly behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
Content Creation & Reel Editing
Edit short-form video content and reels using CapCut or similar editing software
Create engaging social media content from client video footage
Add captions, transitions, music, graphics, and other visual elements
Create basic graphics and visual assets in Canva
Organize and manage content libraries and client assets
Content Capture & Batching Sessions
Attend client batching sessions and content capture days
Capture iPhone video and photos during client visits
Assist with planning and organizing content capture opportunities
Support content creation during on-site client sessions
Project Management & Client Support
Manage tasks and deadlines within Trello
Upload and schedule content across social media platforms
Perform quality assurance reviews before content is published
Maintain organized files, folders, and workflows
Help keep client projects moving forward on schedule
Support the Slantics team with content production and administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
Experience editing reels and short-form video content
Proficiency with CapCut or similar video editing software
Strong attention to detail
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strong written communication skills
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Experience with Canva
Reliable transportation and willingness to attend local client content sessions
Must provide examples of reels or short-form videos you have personally edited and produced
Bonus Qualifications
Experience working in social media marketing
Familiarity with Trello or project management systems
Photography or videography experience
Agency experience
